The New York bar exam results for February 2024 have been released.
Repeat takers accounted for 65% of all candidates who sat for the bar exam, an increase of 2% from last year. 48% of all candidates were foreign educated.
The overall pass rate was 42%, an increase of 2% from last year. The first time taker pass rate was 59%. The repeat-takers pass rate was 33%. The foreign educated candidates had a passing rate of 35%.
