The July 2023 New York Bar Exam Results Have Been Released With a 66% Overall Pass Rate; 29% of Repeat Takers Passed the Bar Exam. Bar Professors Can Help Repeat Takers
The New York bar exam results for July 2023 have been released.
Repeat takers accounted for 21% of all candidates who sat for the bar exam. 35% of all candidates were foreign educated.
The overall pass rate was 66%, the same as last year. The first time taker pass rate was 76%. The repeat-takers pass rate was 29%. The foreign educated candidates had a passing rate of 45%.
