The MBE mean scaled score have been low for the past few bar cycles, especially for repeat takers. The February bar exam draws a larger proportion of takers who have already failed the exam at least once and who are statistically more likely to fail again than first-time takers. Test takers who have previously taken but not passed a bar exam tend to show lower performance on the MBE than first-time test takers, and the majority of this February’s test takers nationwide were repeat takers. Our Bar Professors’ MBE book will help you pass. The MBE book is concise and gives you the need to know areas to concentrate your studies. We also provide tutorial services.
